Peter M. Lazarus has prodigious experience encompassing nearly twenty-five years. Mr. Lazarus worked the first decade of his legal career for some of the most well known insurance companies defending their insured. Mr. Lazarus then turned attention to representing exclusively injured victims of accidents for close to fifteen years now. This unique experience has afforded Peter a comprehensive knowledge of the practices and procedures of insurance companies and their tactics. Simply put, he knows all insurance companies cheap tactics and uses the same knowledge against the insurance companies to make certain that his injured client's rights are protected and maximum favorable result is achieved.
Mr. Lazarus has supervised thousands of cases, mediated and proceeded to trial on literally hundreds of cases. He has practiced law in nearly every county in California. Mr. Lazarus has obtained settlements and verdicts recovering millions of dollars* for his clients in mediation, trial and arbitration.
